I don't believe any washer fluid is flammable.
Blame it on the washer fluid. Lolz.

Yep...does seem sorta hilarious.

A lot of windshield reservoir fluids are flammable.

A lot of windshield washer fluids have a flash point of 82.4º F (28ºC)...and are rated to be a Class 1 Flammable Liquid.
(This the same rating for Methanol and Gasoline.)
