Dealers “man with a towel” got me!

I had the Jaguar serviced yesterday, this little bit on the paperwork was delightful to read!

 
Always good to get it in writing! I insist on it too.
 
One dealer I visit has a small orange pyramid they put on the roof above the drivers door to "negate the wash"

And that f'n pyramid always has some grit on its bottom, causing scratches ;)

I have a laminated set of placards that I have printed and provide to my customers. One hangs from the rear view mirror but the best ones are the 5x7 ones I simply have them tape to BOTH the outside rear driver side window and the infotainment center area. The reason being is I've seen too many rear view mirror ones tossed on the seat or covered up by the dealer service tag / ignored. The one on the outside can't be missed.
 
When you get the vaccine they write on your windshield certain information about when you can leave etc. they use a completely washable felt tip to do it. I plan on buying one and writing “do not wash” on all my windows if I have to take it in for warranty work.
