almost had to call 911 after reading your post. just the thought of someone else driving the "Silver Bullet" is enough to send my blood pressure through the roof. i'll just double up on the blood prssure pills. i appreciate the offer, not really, but it seems like you are on the left coast switch will be kinda hard to stop on buy to dirty her up. thanks again tho

Well... (moment of silence)

Well a car I know" "personally" has been repainted, it was never sanded and buffed, it was just handed over in that condition.

Painter did a pretty good job. It is not going to win any awards though.

The thought of sanding down the whole repainted front end and buffing it out has crossed my mind,
I would like to add that I do have the tools and know how to actually do it safely. Plus have done a PTG reading and it reads that it has been repainted.

It is currently opti coated so I would have to opti coat it again. (Not a big deal)

Orange peel is pretty good, unless you stare. But the dirts is what is bugging me.

Well I'll ask TNOG and The Detail Meet April 5Th what they think.
 
If I have recently washed my car and I see an unavoidable puddle on the road, I try to slow down as much as possible so the spray doesn't come up and dirty the bodywork.

My detail hazard hall of fame: sprinklers;
Gardeners with the gas blowers;
paint sprayers;
anytime I walk out of a store and see a minivan parked next me to... Even though I parked 10 spaces away from any other car;
the words from my service advisor at the dealer: we're just getting it washed up for you and it will be up in a moment;
Riding behind any big rig or construction vehicle;

It is a sickness. Think we can get mandated time away from work to sort-out our addictions?

Negative. As with all my other discoveries. They are a mix of a little bit of everything. All Pro Line.

The new scent I thought of. (Mixed up might I add)

And this research I just started, but I think opti coat should be topped.
