Thanks Chris and Anthony. Sweet time on the mustang nice $ per hr Chris. Anthony we know you made $$$$$ . Oh yeah Anthony how is the 2 days marketing going?

I did a Porsche 996 Turbo yesterday. Nice and black. :) I think the 996 is twin turbo too. All I did was his exterior, so I didn't get a chance to play with much else. That will be a job for a warmer day. :)

Washed and vacuumed my Wife's car so I would get dinner and other things to be talked about later ;)

When I started it was 48 out but the temp dropped fast and the wind picked up.
It was a improvement over the coating of salt that it did have

Ford F150
Wash with NXT wash soap
QD with CG Speed Wipe (Pink Detailer)
Interior wiped down with Optimum Trim Protectorant
Exterior Trim Sonus Trim and Tire Sealant
Tires EO Tire Shine

2005 Toyota 4runner
Wash with ONR
QD with CG Speed Wipe
Interior wiped down with Megs ID
EO Tire Shine

I hope the weather holds up for this weekend. I have a Fly Yellow 2001 Ferrari Maranello to do :)

it wasnt for money, but... mineeeee

It was already clean and did a CM with tires and windows.

Today (Sunday) I did a custom Honda motorcycle (entirely by hand) with more chrome than a '57 Chevy and the rest was black. It was profitable. I'm amazed how much chrome covered plastic is on modern bikes......and I HATE doing them. This was a special situation or I would have turned it down cold.

I'm feeling psychic! The OPC done for food is your mother-in-law's vehicle! :)

I did both of our cars yesterday, a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport and my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500.

Ford: wash with Megs Gold Class, dry with Guzzler

Dodge: wash with Megs Gold Class and ShMITT, dry with Guzzler. Sealed with Z2 Pro and topped with Natty's Blue.

I currently teach school and detail on weekends, holidays, and after school so my detail days are very busy.

Yesterday: 630-730 Lincoln Towncar: Wash and Wax no interior 50.00
745-815 Chevy 2500: Wash and Vac 40.00
830-945 F250: Wash and Vac(good friend too cheap) 35.00
945-1045 Explorer: Wash and Vac 30.00
1200-115 Dodge Ram: Wash and Vac (nasty) 40.00
115-230 F150: Wash and Vac plus MAX WAX on hood 40.00
230-330 Ford Super Duty flat bed: Wash and Wax(cab) 60.00
330-430 Jeep: Wash and Vac 35.00

About half of these could of used a good wax, but I don't really try to upsale too much right now because of my lack of time and too many cars to get to. Once I go full-time in June I plan on racking up on the wash and wax jobs. I feel that's where you best profit is detailing.

Today: 12:15-2:00 Lincoln Zephyr: Wash, Clay, and Wax 80.00

2:30-3:30 Lincoln LS: Wash and Vac 30.00
3:30-4:00 F250 Dualie: Wash and Vac 40.00 (too low)
4:00- 5:30 Corvette: Wash and Wax 70.00

Two long days!

Bradley

Shady: I like your tactic. You do a high volume of "easy wash-n-wax" jobs rather than do the tiring high dollar "paint correction" jobs.

Carbrite

HAY HOWS IT GOING THERE. SEEN YOUR SITE AND GOTTA SAY NICE DETAILING.
I SEEN YOU USE CARBRITE AND HEARD ITS A GOOD BRAND BUT YOU CAN ONLY GET IT IF YOU HAVE A COMPANY. WELL I DON'T AND I WAS WONDERING IF YOU KNOW OF ANY SECRET PLACE OR SPOTS WHERE I CAN PICK IT UP AT.
