That's freaking clean! Nice job! How difficult is it to remove the front seats? I've been holding it off for a quite a while now.

The seats in my Bonneville have side air bags built into them and Pontiac didn't make it easy to disable the them. Point is if your not sure, don't.

Awesome interior detail, steam ftw:righton:

Very nice! Looks like interior wasn't terrible, but sure needed some cleaning.
Great job on it. By the way, how do you like that steamer?

I knew that interior looked familiar. What year Accord?

Nice

 Not difficult but you should have a master plan and know what you are doing before you just start going at it. Call the dealer for the vehicle and just ask about unplugging the seat and if it effects the air bag..

*edit: make sure it's a dealer you trust - or go on a message board that is native to the vehicle and ask*

You may also have to remove a christmas tree mount so you better have some of those on hand in various sizes to fit the opening at hand, a zip tie works good as well.

Sorry to hear pontiac made if difficult for you!!!

Well it had a major spill in it like you could see and the salt had gotten on a few areas.. BUT the thing is you cant let looks fool you - Some one came up and was talking to me and they said how *clean* it looked and I hadn't even extrated yet...

The interior hadn't even been wiped down either.. I use 3.5 gall hot water some cleaner and a micro fiber and give all interior trim and trim on seats, track and mounts a good wipedown. But it looked *clean*

Steamer worked well - here's an excerpt from the mfg page

Steam Cleaning Steamer:
The Model J-2000B® Steam Cleaning steamer is recommended for home usage with 1300 watts of steaming power. The J-2000B® steamer is equipped with a clear, plastic 3/4 gallon water reservoir with a no-drip check valve system, a 5 ½ foot flexible hose with a 6.5 inch Metal Brush head for extra cleaning power, and easy roll casters for mobility. The J-2000B® Steam Cleaning steamer, outfitted with Jiffy® Steamer's new specialty brush steam head attachment, is used as a cleaning tool for tough, ground-in dirt and stains. Chemicals and sprays are not necessary to get the tough jobs done. The steam alone kills bacteria on contact. The steamer’s scrubbing power is supplied by the stiff-bristled brush end that directs the tight pattern of steam to the desired surface. The J-2000B® Steamers heat up in approximately 1 minute.
