Defective Foam Cannon Bottle?

[FONT=&quot]Picked up my MTM foam cannon yesterday, and noticed the neck appears to be separating from the bottle:[/FONT]

Has anyone else ever experienced this? for now I’ve glued it back together - hope it holds!

They are a little on the thin side !
I'm sure you can get it replaced free if it came like that?

Well I've used it a couple of times a didn't notice the crack, so didn't know if this was normal or just a bad bottle?

Bad bottle I would say, they're not very good quality. Mine has very crappy threads on it, very easy to cross thread.

i know it's besides the point, but you can use a standard 32oz. bottle and it will work fine. i use the megs detailer line bottle without any problems...

Really? Any standard 32oz spray bottle? That's great to know in-case my glue job doesn't hold up- Thanks! And as rzatch commented, cross threading the bottle is far too easy. I've been thinking about coming up with a DIY brass tread bottle adapter to over come the crappy PE threads.

Yes, most other bottles do fit. One i tried didn't seal tightly though so just make sure not to tip the thing over or itll spill a little.

Good news! AR Blue just emailed to say they're sending me a new bottle sent to replace this one.
