Demo cars for my upcoming detailing class!

The 1940 Chevy was just painted and needs a show car finish.

The 1987 Buick Grand National was re-painted a number of years ago, I've been told it has a pretty nice paint job, basecoat/clearcoat but is all swirled-out.

For a "new" car we can use to learn Production Detailing I'm still looking but I have my buddy Bob's Black Escalade and it's wiped out.

My brother-in-law is looking into a red Thunderbird, one of the recent late model T-birds, not a classic.

Stay tuned...

:D

I'm not sure but I know its on the other side of Iraq and from new Orleans to Iraq its a over 2500 miles

And I see this is just getting better and better...
I guess days are going to turn into weeks... I can't sleep now... I don't think I will be able to sleep this week...

But, It's going to be a fun Month, Plus my birthday is just 1 week before the class.:xyxthumbs:

My wife and I were in Israel this past December for 3 weeks. It's about 6,000 miles. 12 hour flight from Newark going to, and about 14 hours coming back. I did notice while I was there, that the cars are in some serious need of detailing!

Sweet cars!!

After checking a few sources, it looks like the shortest distance between Florida and Israel is 6567 miles! Although I'm sure the actual distance traveled will be much more.

That's right, cars here are MESSED UP BAD, there are only 3 Detailers in the whole country ( Real Detailers )...
With Information and techniques from Mike and Renny I am going to be a like superman!

:xyxthumbs: My wife jokingly keeps saying she would like to move there. If we do, we should hook up and work together!

Mike, I will offer up my 2012 Camaro SS 45th Anniversary Edition Convertible as a demo!

Here's a few more pictures of the 1940 Chevy Chopped Sedan, pretty cool huh?

I think we're going to use the Rupes polishing system for this hot rod and then maybe coat it with EXO...

I "think" Meghan said there's still two spaces left for this class, so get signed up...

Just in time... Max's 1965 Mustang will be here for my upcoming Detailing Boot Camp Class and we'll be going over how to clean and restore vinyl interiors as well as how to clean and restore vinyl convertible tops.

I'll get some good before pictures of the vinyl top in it's current condition. Right now it looks dull, dried-out and lifeless...

I always get cool cars for my classes. I get a "new" car too so you get to work on a wide range of types of cars and paint systems.

Plus I just had two of my demo hoods painted and they have plenty of orange peel to practice sanding and buffing.

:)
Hi Mike ! Red the newbie here, Do you have any video footage of taking out orange peel ? I've combed countless videos from AG but can't find any "orange peel" removal footage.Could you or any other member please send a link for this..
Many Thanks !!!
Red
