This is one of my regulars I maintain on a quarterly basis. He owns his own dental practice and just an all around great guy. It's a great feeling coming to a clients house that just had a newborn and he brings his little 8 month old girl out to meet "uncle Brian" as he addressed me. That folks, is leaving a lasting impression. Just another example of leveling down with your clients and knowing them on a personal level. Even something as simple as knowing their pets names, or childrens (if they are around of course) makes a big difference in the services you provide.
Anyways, on to the detail. :xyxthumbs:
