Will there be a way for car show participants to clean their cars before the show? Access to a hose or things of that nature? Just curious how Autogeek was planning to handle this compared to last year. Also, will the car show be in the grass again or on the pavement?

^i was wondering about that also, as i said i most likely will not enter unless some magic happens where im able to get my front end painted, wetsanded and compounded, remove a ton of overspray in a wheel wheel, and fix my interior that is starting to come apart due to heat and not using the right method of applying my covering of choice. but i still MAY enter just for a laugh or for the cool goodies you get lol.

on the other hand if you guys need a car for the dent removal display let me know i have a few that would provide a challenge and are easily accessible for PDR, lower drivers side 1/4 panel is a good one and a nice crease at bottom of pass, side 1/4 panel near the door right in the orangepeely rock protection. just an offer for AG or whoever is doing the display to have a car with more complex dents to remove(compared to simple round dings).

Last year they had cleaning stations set up out back. You could foam, wash, blow dry, and quick detail your cars before bringing them around front. They had all the supplies, towels, MF's, vaccums, everything you would need to detail your car after a long drive. I drove down from NC and found it to be VERY useful.

We always have a Wash Station in the back of the building.

Shane I have made arrangements for there to be a 8x20 cement pad out in the middle of the field to park your car on. How we are going to get your car on it without going through the field and getting it dirty.......... ummm, still working on that.

CH-53 of course :D

Please please please Autogeek, place the car show on cement. :begging: pleading:

The vendor tents can be on grass! Grass getting on a tent is not a big deal. Dead grass getting kicked up on our cars every time someone circles it is extremely disheartening.... For those of us with convertibles it not only gets on our paint risking scratches every time we try to dust it off but it also gets inside the perfectly clean cockpit.

I wish! I was a 3381, Food Service Specialist. Cook and a baker. I know that doesn't sound very tough but we did flip hamburgers with our bare hands!! OORAH!

MOS 3381

Will we have access to the washing stations on Friday?
