Detail Fest Pro Detailers Attending

Man, I wish I could make it out there. I'm sure it's going to be a blast. :xyxthumbs:

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is PAC? I know when you tell me I'm gonna go, "Duh! I knew that!"
A competing detail product retailer. I don't want to say the name or post a link b/c I think it's against the rules.

Ah, gotcha. Did a little research with that acronym in mind and found the place in mention. I can see where there might be a conflict of interest there.

Yeah I think if one of those guys from the competition showed up at DF, Dwayne would have to play bouncer and send 'em PACking

No he would not, :p Angelo and Todd were both at Detail Fest before, Todd even came in for a tour.

I count both Joe and Renny as close, personal friends and peers in the detailing industry. Having them here at Detail Fest is going to be great!

Joe Fernandez aka Superior Shine
I've known Joe since I moved from Oregon to SoCal to work for Meguiar's and have had a chance to work together on some detail projects plus be one of the Instructors with him at both NXT Institute classes. Joe is the real deal, a professional detailer with humility and honesty. Always willing to help others without being demeaning or condescending.

Renny Doyle
I met Renny about 2006 when he asked me to be a guest speaker at one of his detailing classes, Renny is also a professional detailer and a man of professional character, always friendly and helpful to everyone he meets.

Both of these guys have stellar reputations for professionalism that precedes them no matter where they travel and such is the case in this thread.

If you're attending Detail Fest make sure you introduce yourselves to Joe and Renny, you're going to love these guys and both of them have forgotten more about detailing than I'll ever know.

We'd all probably go out to dinner again at Finz. Great times.

I am flattered to have been invited. It will be great to meet up with old friends and make new ones. Thank you AG.

Jesse, it's always been great working with you over the years, like Renny and Joe, you're always a true professional when it comes to detailing and a helpful and friendly member in the online detailing community. Plus being a professional detailer, I could always count on you to do flawless work with all the Extreme Makeover projects we did together.

I wish you could be here to join in the fun. Do make plans to be here next year as Detail Fest is on an upward trend getting better and better each year.

We are looking to have a lot of fun this year, and for anyone that has a bit
too much fun we always have the trusty old Martin County Sheriffs office
to help you find your car!

Maybe we can use one of their cruisers for a
demo car!!! :autowash:

Man I really wish I could make it again this year but it's not looking good right now. :(

I "know" both of these guys reps and seen their work as a member on Meguiarsonline and look foward to getting to meet them in person, along with Mike who I have followed for many years. DETAIL FEST, I'm ready!!

I've seen a lot of Joe on MOL, not usually here on AGO. However, I've seen him posting more recently on AGO, and now he'll be at detail fest! Joe detailed my 03 z06 about 2 years ago. Looked GREEAATTTT!

You sold it didn't you??? I opti-coated it, that's when I had some to test out, remember?

Looking forward to seeing you Joe, although you're only 45 minutes from my shop, and we have to meet up in Florida, still an opportunity not to miss, lol. Stop by my booth and say Hi, I'll have something for you.

Richard
