I was a little busy last few weeks, and didn't do any major detail since November. I had 2 coats of Klasse SG, and 2 coats of Megs #16 on it.
I march I gave it a coat of Souveran Spray wax.
Now it was time to do a little polishing, and to try some new products/combos. This time I decided to enter DP show-n-shine contests, so I used most of DP products.

Engine: ZEP Citrus cleaner and degreaser, and short handle green bristle brush. Fist off all, I covered all belts, altenator and fans with plastic bags, haveing 2 bags per section. This will make sure I won't have the cleaner on those sections. Then simply spray ZEP degreaser (cut 1:1) straight on the engine, plastic, and all rubber hoses. let it soak for about 5 minutes. Then I sprayed a little more again, and agilitate all dirt/grime with a short handle brush. Love this brush! Works so well on engine, like it was designed for it!
Then just simply rinsed the engine with a a hose. Then I wiped off all major spills with a terry cloth towel, removed plastck bags. I sprayed all rubber hoses, and plastic with Armor All tire foam, and cranked up the engine. While the engine was running, I washed the car. Note: I oly removed one plastic cover, that was one a right hand side, removing others was pointless, they had little hoses going underneath, I desided to leave them along.

Washed: Optimum car wash (new formula) in a foam gun and in a bucket. I had a few ounces of it left in a bottle, so I decided to use it up. Awesome in a foam gun! Next to Poorboy's SS&S. Used ALL White Shmitt. Simply love it!

Polished: Since car had no scratches/swirls (I try to be very carefull when washing, and always use a foam gun) I decided to clean up the paint from the reamaings of Klasse SG with XMT 360 and Edge 2000 blue pad.
WOW! I'm impressed! No dust at all! Product literally vanished, and there was hardly any residue to wipe off.

Sealant: I decided to try out DP Surface Shield on my car to pop the flakes. Color is Desert Mist Metallic, and I really wanted to pop those flakes. WOW! Very impressed with a sealant! very easy to use, a little goes a long way! I probably used 0.5-0.75 oz to do a whole car. I let it haze for 30 minutes after application, then buffed it off with Cobra MF towel. Let it cure for 18 hours, then wax the car.

Wax: DP Max Wax. I simply love it! I knew I wasn't gonna mute the flakes, but didn't expect to pop them this much! Love it! Simply easey to use, goes on like butter. And a little goes a long way.

Looks POPPIN! What MF towel is that green one? Did you get any bird poop etching? :p

Looks very good! Nothing like a clean engine.
I know. I like it myself! First engine detail on this car that envolved a degreaser. All previous ones were done with just 303 protectant only.

Cobra MF detailing cloth. No etching. I didn't wipe that on a purpose. White spots are not as strong acidic as big black ones, and it was an ultimate durability test for SG. It passed. Pretty durable. Bird poop proof.

Classy looking car Supercharged. I like everything that you did to it. You got it looking great.

I just love lots of pics.

I actually was going for flake pop, and DP Max Wax does that well. Paint does looks slightly wet, but not as wet as with 2 coats of Souveran paste.
