Detailed: My daily beater (VW jetta 4)

Hey folks!!

I detailed my daily beater today. It havent been polished since mars, just waxed. Last time I waxed it was in may, with nattys blue. And it was still making beading I like it
The car needed some serious compunding and a inside wash. No before pictures on the interior, sorry!

Clear Coat: Hard

Wash:

Clayed with pinnacle ultra clay
​

Washed optimum car shampoo
Wheels washed with poorboys spray and rinse
Dp tire gloss on the tires.

Paint:
​

Menzerna powergloss LC orange pad with the metabo
Menzerna 106FF with orange pad with the metabo
Pinnacle cleansing lotion
Meguiars #21 x 2
Souveran paste wax tomorrow.

Interior:

Door jams with pressure washer and 303
Megs APC all over the place
vaccumed
Megs #40 on dash
DG odour eliminator

Man that paint is glowing bro...wow just look at how slick it is. I like the way the interior looks, nice looking vehicle there pirex. What's your opinion on the Meg's# 21?

Looking forward to the Souveran on it. What I like the most about the vehicle is the way the colour looks so solid :righton:

Looks really good! I trully find #21 looking nice and bright on reds... Pinnacle Souveran paste would make it look even better...

Nica: Thanks buddy I like the glow menzerna + #21 makes! Oh, and the paint is slick, the mf towel just slides over the paint..he he. I really like megs 21, it makes the paint glowing and a bit wet. Very reflectiv. And it holds up great. I detailed a ford back in may, and it stills beads nice, and he has used degreaser on the car a couple of times. So its a nice sealent. A bit harder to remove then WGDGPS.

I will have pictures of the car when the souveran is on

Hey. I have never tried the NXT sealent, so I don`t know. But the #21 is a sweet sealent! Nice gloss and wetness.

Am I missing something, or are the passenger wheels different than the driver's side??? I thought it was just the light but the DS wheels look like they have a bevel on them and the PS side ones don't???

You can't call that your beater anymore. Outstanding job, the paint looks so deep. That's a good color red, I agree with Nica, it looks solid.
