Detailed my GTO and BMW

The cars look great. However, I just thought I would throw something out there about your process. After compounding, you should have went straight to polishing. By applying a glaze, and then polishing the car, you're not only going to remove the glaze, but you're now polishing paint with something on it which just clogs up the pores of the pad (assuming you're using an open-celled foam pad). Also, a sealant needs to bond to bare paint with a glaze coming after, and then topped by a wax to extend the life of the glaze (assuming you're using all three products). So based on the process you listed, it should have looked more like this:

1. Wash
2. Clay
3. Fine cut compound
4. Polish
5. Sealant
6. Glaze
7. Wax

That makes sense. Thank you for the advice, it should be a while before I have to wax/seal it again but I will keep it in mind.
Thanks again.

Nice goat! I like the decals.

Thanks a lot! I had to add a little something different to it because I don't like looking like everyone else. Thats one of the best things about the GOAT....you don't see them around every corner like other cars.

Glad you caught the Wax then Sealant, I was hoping he didnt do the steps in the order he listed, hate seeing someone do more work than they need to..

And, I'll add, I like the choice of wheels too.
