Detailed my SSii metallic M3

I'm a huge bmw enthusiasts and I hate the fact all m are going force induction. I love NA engines and I love them on the track as well. Nothing feels better then churning out that high rev v8 on the back straight into a hairpin mmmmmm lol I just got a little excited thinking about it lol. Even f1 is going force induction next year ( I am huge F1 fan Forza Felipe)

I too love BMW's and have never owned one either FWIW but I feel the M3 has lost its way from its origins of the late 80's, going from a lightweight car w/ a hi-tech 4, then a nutered US version w/ only 240 hp in a slightly larger car but still pretty raw compared to the E46 which is my 2nd favorite car ever (LSB w/ 19" comp pkg BBS' PLEASE!) and currently the awesome E92 and its 8400 rpm V8, a car that I wish had another name other than M3 because its so far away from the E30 and E36's. Love them all but I guess I'm more of a purist!

My fave m3 was the e46 but I can't say that the e92 m3 isn't a purest car. It's just evolved from what the original e30 was. But I can't argue the fact that bimmer has lost it's way in recent years. They are turning more and more to merc style of car

Yeah I was going to see my old man and when I was leaving thought the car looked nice so I snapped a few pics. My dad taught me a lot about detailing so I know he wouldn't mind hahahhaa.

Oh man, sorry didn't mean to bring that up. I know how you feel though, I lost my pops ten years ago. I'm sure he'd be proud of how your car looks! :xyxthumbs:

Excellent work on the M...great shine :xyxthumbs:!!....2005 M3 (E46, convertible) owner myself....love the Bimmers...but agree...BMW is falling behind/lost thier way. Just worked on 08 328XI that I had to replace the fuel tank due to a fuel line failure (clamp fell off) in the tank...yes in the tank!!
