Detailed my Vette...

Well, sorta. I went over a friend of mine last Sunday
I've been neglecting my Z06 for a few months now, and due to time restrain, I wasn't able to do it right, but at least I wanted to give it a winter protective coat for now...

The process was quite simple, and quick
I thoroughly washed the car
I cleaned the paint up with KAIO, LC low-profile polishing pads PC-5
Then I moved to my Collinite 476S and gave it a nice coat with my Meguiar's finesse yellow pad...

Looks like you are pretty much set for winter. Collinite waxes are durable. Great job!

Thanks. That's what I'm hoping. I'd like to get some of the 845 IW to test its durability over the winter months here :D

Meghan, that's a nice truck indeed, I've always wanted a ZR2
I haven't done any detailing on it yet, but I will give it one, and post pics :D
 
Looks good goose. When I use to live in a cold climate I use go give my Vette the winter off.

Next you'll be painting your toe nails red sparkie. J/K I like red sports cars as long as they are a Viper with silver stripes.

Nice work Goose! I am a big fan of Red cars. My first V8 was red Z/28. Nice lil S-10 you got there too.
 
nice look goose ... you ever thought of having your stock wheels machined. I saw them at a couple shows down here, and they make the torch red Vettes look even better. (not chrome or polished as too common)

That's one that I detailed yesterday for a car show this coming week. I will post some pics of a bunch of cars I detailed since yesterday to get them ready for the show :cheers:
