Detailers Anonymous

im actually going to share something. things got so tough for me and my family with late paying customers waiting 3 months to get payed.i had to hit my uncle up. hes got money.. and i hate as hell to ask him for alittle to get me outa of jam but we needed a little help.. so he is... but i dont take it for granted .he asked me what i needed and i told him not apenny more.. im not embarresed to shar this. while most of my friends with huge companys are borrowing money left and right to pay therebills. there all in a jam.. im lucky to have an uncle to help me .. my uncle is a man of very few words and doest need a thank you . all he said to me was im glad i can be able to help. ...
 
Sorry to hear about the hard times, things will get better and you'll both be stronger from it.

I have been told and believe that nothing happens by mistake in GOD's world. I am just glad that I am not charged with the responsibility of explaining why.

I also believe that sometimes it is his will that we be thrown into a position of hardship so that we may be usefully whole to someone else in our future.

It is said that every action is born of a thought and that if we humbly ask GOD to direct our thinking, all will be ok according to his will. Though "we" may not like it.

He's equally glad to help you as you are receiving his help. Maybe it needed this also!

I would love to be able to afford to give the local single Diner waiterss ( mother) a $20.00 tip every morning. Maybe someday.

Totally agree! Jen is our only female AG-holic and she cant take a hiatus! Let us know what you want to try!
 
Hope all who shared their burdens on this thread get some relief soon.
 
Im fortunate to be enjoying a full time job and detailing on the side. We all go through trial and tribulation but it is how we emerge from it that dictates the degree we are rewarded. I went from living in abusive home to student to owner of detailing business , almost went under from tuition bills. Knocked on every door and worked 12+ hours a day anywhere. Finally got a job at quiktrip, re established my detail business. I went through HELL. Somehow I got through it. I know good people like you will make it through with each other.

it took alot to ask let me tell you..but when its my family and i need to keep them feed and a roof over there ill do what i have too.. even if its begging...my uncle is a man of few words. all he says is ill send u a check.... so this will get us cought upjust a bit .not by anymeans pay off all my debts thats not what i was lookingfor that wouldnt be right..and thats not howi was raised to take advantage... thanks guys sorry to ramble....

Most of the time "loaning" money between family members does not turn out to well but when there is a need and you can provide assistance as a "gift" with nothing expected in return then that is a blessing for both parties.

Your Uncle sounds like a fine man. Glad to hear guys like that who are succesful also have a big heart.

with my uncle its not a loan. he doesnt want anything back. hes not like that hes just happy to help. i wish i would see him more hes a fine man he travels alot and has many homes so its hard toget together but i hope soon we can get together and id liket to thank him in person..

Your support is greatly appreciated. The best thing that has come out of this is I have my husband back. He is in a great mood and feels like a new man. Just last week he was brooding and grumpy. I know God works in mysterious ways, and I thank him for giving Greg the courage to quit and for us to have the resources that we can survive while he is looking for a job where he is valued as a human.
