I know, this was a relatively Zaino only board but it seems to be missing since last Thursday. Another board bite the dust ??
 
Oh well. I have to say I've never been on that one. Mainly because of Zaino.

There are all sorts of reasons. It could have simply been hacked, ISP issue, etc. If moderators get busy they may not have time to get it fixed yet. I know the moderators were not responding to emails or PM the week prior.
 
Thats sad, but anyway autogeek is a fast growing community so we can just say welcome to them
 
The word that I was given is that it is a server problem and were doing some changing. Am not sure what the problem was or if it was fixed or even if they are going to fix it. I patiently try each day until it comes back. I do not think it bit the dust but I may be wrong. Time will tell I guess.
 
try adding .no on that adress....he he

its "the place to be" in Norway these days....

Two days ago, I sent a pm to Sal Zaino and asked him as a sponsor of the site whether he could tell me the site's status. I have heard nothing and I was under the impression that Sal was very, very responsive. You draw your own conclusions, but I have to believe detailersclub.com has ceased.

there is a difference between someone who uses zaino and someone who is a zaino zealot. I use zaino but dont think it is the greatest thing since slice bread.

Some people on other boards do get on my nerves sometimes with zaino

No, we are not down for the count. As was mentioned, what started as a simple mandatory IP migration has turned into a total crash of our server and admin panel software. Much of this was caused by our web host not keeping us current on software, and other parts are due to "stuff happens" syndrome and other things. I don't have an ETA as to when we'll be back up but we're making progress every day. No data has been lost but we are, in essence, having to recreate the forum from scratch. I remember how long it took us to figure it out the first time.

Hang in there. Detailers Club isn't going anywhere. We'll be back in black in no time. Tell your friends and fellow detailers if you would.

Please don't take this as an attach on all Zaino users, just the completely irrational ones. I am thinking about trying Zaino someday also. Who knows I may like it however, I will not make an idiot of myself over it.
 
since the question appears answered, and we dont want/need a Zaino war this post is closed by original user. I would like to Zaino offered at AG and presume it would move it to the next level in sales and users !!
