Detailing: 1996 Toyota Hiace (Running thread)

Hey nice brush, what kind of brush is that you used on the rims? The vehicle looks great buddy and I like the spot you got your self for the details during the winter....very nice :righton: I'm wondering how the detailing in the winter will go for me in my garage. I'm looking forward on using my heater that I installed in my garage.

Thank you for sharing, the pictures look great :righton:

The Hiace is looking good! You got good reflections off that white. EVerything's looking good :D I bet you'll sell it for so much since it looks new. I bet the paint is so slippery u can't lean ur hand on it or else you'll fall! What kind of brush is that for the wheels?

Thanks, I knew you would like the brush :p Looks like a swissvax brush huh? :D Its a regular painter brush, but worked great on the rims ;) Yeah, I think it will work, keeps a good tempature to.

Thanks bro :D yeah, its so slippery, sick. Just glides over :D The brush is just a regluar paint brush ;)

Pirex....very nice turn around....looks great....If you can find a good citrus cleaner with limeonene in it..it may get the paint off the seats...spray it on..let sit a few and then use a apc/water mix to extract it....

Actually I think one of the P21s cleaners is a citrus based cleaner....it may work...it may be the wheel or body wash....

how do you like the DG 501 ..105 combo....pretty slick combo...and glossy...that will hold up in your winter fine....

Again..very nice job....all looks great...

Al

looks great, but if this is a running thread someone should go catch it... sorry had to

Thanks Calgary :D Haha, nice one there :p

Did you try the butter? The fats surround the paint and can lift it from the fabric. It is a trick worth trying :)

Good work on the van.

Looks like I have a buyer, if everything comes together, he will pick it up next week.

Come on man... you know that's not the same car... You used a Hiace stand in detailing double right???:D

Seriously man, very nice turn around.. I am sure you will ne making some coin off this one!!

Well done, but very bad pics. You should change your settings of the camera.

Haha, yeah. I found a nice picture on google :p Thanks bro. Oh, and the coin will be about 4500$ ;)

That is one sweet turnaround and a profitable one at that. It was fun to watch the transition of this vehicle. Thanks for posting this for us to watch.

Man congrats KT!!!! You got a nice profit right there! Now come down to Cali! haha :p
