I have spent several days searching for the perfect detailing carts for my crew. I have yet to find one that has the organization for bottles and tools, brushes, trash, towels etc.
I believe everything has a place, and there is a place for everything..

For my shop we use the Rubbermaid carts, not cheap but well worth the money.
I bought themat Lowe's for around 150.00.

Very we'll made.
Has three shelves.
Rolls very easy due to great wheels.
Heavy duty yet light weight.
Long enough to hang all of your bottles.

While I'm on my rolling stool I pull my to lay my buffers on along with the product I'm using.
It has plenty of room being it has three shelves as I mentioned.
Check it out next time your at Lowe's, I think you'll love it.

Here's a thread I posted a while ago about one I homebuilt. After 6 months of use, I'm still very happy with its utility. As I mentioned, I was going to buy the 16"x30" three shelf cart from HF, but wound up with a couple free aluminum trays, so I built one myself. The duct tape-covered mailing tubes have proven to work great to keep bottles from tipping, as well as a place to stuff mf towels that are currently in use.

Harbor freight for the win. Nice retro look being metal and red homerun for 30-40 dollars
