Well done Justin. Here's wishing you an even more successful 2007. Signing into the Forum and seeing that you have posted a new thread really makes me feel good as it seems like it does everyone else. It's neat to try everything that you do because it comes out so good. Not everything. Can't buy that much product, but I know what you mean about seeing new products being addicting. Thanks for everything.

How do you do the carpets that well?

Nice work, those cars look great.........love the Viper!! Just have one question.........the first 2-3 pics youi show a pretty trashed truck. How were you able to get the carpets that clean, my wife's van looks the same and want to get all the old stains out? Don't want you to reveal any trade secrets but if you can just lead me in the right direction on carpet products that clean year old stains and maybe a way to clean not using an extractor as I have a power sprayer (local car wash) and a shop vac at home.

Thanks,
howard

I was out of town for a few days and actually forgot that I had posted this. I went back and read the replies and my eyes watered. Thanks guys and gals. You all have made this so enjoyable. I can come in from a days works and talk on here about it. I love helping others without getting bashed while doing it.

Thank you all. I can't say it enough.

I salute you for having the courage to go into the business full time, that took guts. The fact that things are going well shows your dedication to the customer. Getting the majority of your work by referral speaks highly of your work ethic not to mention the results.

Just one more thing......please drink more water this summer, ok?

Thanks for the kind words.

I'm incorporating a fridge into my trucks new bed!!!

Dude, I never hide any of my secrets. This is freak'n car detailing not nuclear bomb building 101!

All I use is a shop vac........well Ridgid 5 HP vac. Awesome machine. That one at the top was done by using Meguiar's APC 10:1. It sprayed onto the carpets (everything actually) and then scrubbed. Oh yeah, I vacuumed everything up first. Very important to or you will allow more dirt to melt into the carpet. I then re-vacuumed. Then, I sprayed water from a bottle and vac'd till all the soap came out. Finally, while doing the outside, I cranked it and allowed the heater and A/C to run on high for about 30-40 minutes. Crack the windows too. This allows the moisture to escape. I also use a damp MF towel to extract big stains. Works so well.

I now use Woolite 10:1 for light cleanings. DP's Carpet Cleaner works nice too and leaves an awesome scent.....light banana. Next up to try is Folex. I'll be getting it at Home Depot.

Hope this helps. Sorry about the delay bro.

This site has the most open and friendly attitude of any of the sites I've been to. I read other sites but don't post. It's this kind of thinking and open-minded sharing that keeps AG the site to ask questions, learn and get friendly responses.

Justin - Have a wonderful New Year! Thank you for your contribution here.
