Detailing emergency

Maybe Goo Gone or Mineral Spirits or Acetone / Nail Polish. Start with Goo Gone if you have it.
 
You need a solvent. Tar remover, mineral spirits, lacquer thinner if it's factory paint, you can try IPA but that may not work. Or Goo Gone or similar as noted.
 
Goo Gone works very well. You might need to let it sit for a minute and then lightly rub it with your fingers. Windex sometimes works, too.
 
Try rapid remover. Not a car product per say but works wonders for tar grease carpets and sticky residue!

Goo gone or WD-40 spray. I use both often.
 
If nothing else since it's an emergency, try compounding it after you've exhausted your fingernails.
 
Got to an Autozone and buy 3m adhesive remover in the spray can. Best I've used. It'll come right off.

Although I've never tried the spray, I've been using 3M adhesive remover in a can with a rag for over 20 years in the marine industry. Wipes gooey messes off that acetone won't touch. Plus, says right on the can it is clearcoat safe. I used it on some tar that got on the lower part of my truck last year. It was off in seconds. Recommend it highly.
