I like the idea, but having something like this posted up where customers might see them would make you lose credibility. Myself, I would be concerned if there was a chart in the shop i was at with a guide to tell them how to do the job they are supposed to be pros at. I have a procedure guide document I wrote for new hires to study and reference if needed. Just my opinion!
