Detailing on the side

KAIO from what iv been told is a really good choice for polish.so what kind of wax should i use that will last long?or does the KAIO give a deep glossy shine that a sealant would be better?either way what brand or wax or sealant should i look into?
 
kaio is a good cleaner. it isn't going to do any real correction. poliseal has very light abrasives and good cleaning abilities. both are good. poliseal is easier to remove. if you remove it with ocw it is fast and easy and gives decent durability too.
i would look at duragloss for cost effective, easy to use and durability as well.
pick a good wax for your customers that want looks over durability and you should be covered.

He makes a really good point here... If you're charging $100 and no one thinks twice about it then you might be able to charge a bit more. And visa versa, if you're charging $150 and no one is lining up to get their cars done, you might need to lower your price..

well i really dont wanna mess with paint correction because i cant tell if the clear coat is thick enough to do any paint correction.what is ocw optimum car wax??so when u say duragloss im assumeing u mean TPP 105??
 
pc and light polishes aren't going to do much damage but i find the majority of owners want clean interiors more than paint correction.
you can add that later when you have more experience.
ocw is optimum car wax. dg 105 is the sealant i would recommend.
what interior products and tools do you have?

ok so ocw is for customers that want more of a gloss finish & dg105 is for protection longevity?would KAIO still be a good cleaner/polish to use?i just want to do a 2 step after the vehicle has been washed and clayed.
Interior wise i just plan to get a wet/dry shop vac and use OTC meguiars interior detailing stuff.i wanna look into a vent brush as well

lol thanks.but im always open for suggestions because im new to this stuff.ok so what i should have is kaio w/ ocw if they want a glossy finish or kaio w/ dg 105 if they want longer protection?
