Some vendors offers Free Shipping when you purchase .xx in goods. If you have less than .xx in your cart when done shopping, do you buy more to bump your total spending over .xx, or do you stick with what you have and pay for the shipping?

Try this:
"Some vendors offers Free Shipping when you purchase .xx in goods. If you have less than .xx in your cart when done shopping, do you buy more to bump your total spending over .xx (as opposed to sticking with what you have and paying for the shipping)?
Otherwise, there could still be a yes and a no answer. I answered yes, due to the first question. So that would by default would make the second answer no, and vice-versa.
