Detailing towels

I have gotten great advice on my other detailing questions so need one more answered.
What is the best towel to use for detailing? For both quick details and full waxing?
Do you suggest 2 different towels for these tasks?

There's some great videos on YouTube that explain the different types, GSM etc. Look for one's from Junkman2000 and AMMO NYC. I personally use the sames towels for waxing / quick detail sprays. Obviously you can get great towels from AutoGeek and The Rag co.
