Detaling products expiry ?

I have a 2 year old bottle of Duragloss 105 stored at temperature between 20 to 35 degree Celsius. Is it still any good or should I write to Duragloss instead?

I know this defies the detailing Gods but one change I'd like to see, especially for compounds, polishes, and liquid waxes are smaller sizes like 8 or even 4 oz bottles.

This would benefit the person that only has to take care of his own car. If you only need 2-3 dime size drops per panel and the average car has say 25 panels to do, that's 75 drops that you use once or twice a year. In the case of compounding you should only need to use it once if that.

Also with new products coming out every week, it defies logic to buy stuff lasts several years because you are likely to never use it.

I know its economically smart to get as much product as you can for the least money but I'm willing to bet more money is actually wasted than saved when it comes to people just taking care of their own car.

I agree. Usually I want to try something new before I've used a full bottle or pot. I have had products go bad before from not being used fast enough.

I have a bottle of 105 thats over 5 years old and have never had an issue with it. Why not just try it on one of your cars and see how it is.

I store all my stuff in my shed until the winter hits then it comes inside and packed up for winter. If I get a call to do a car in winter. It's all ready to get loaded into the truck. Wax goes in the fridge. Check with manufacturer if you can stick it in the fridge.
My shed is big but it's under a huge maple so even on a 90+ degree day it's much cooler in the shed because it never gets direct sun.

Found a aerosol can of Gunk bug and Tar remover in my shed. Probably over a decades. Any luck this is still good?
