I would like to hear too. I have alot of previous "detailer's" residue to clean up on alot of my new clients.

Wonder why they are my clients now?

LOL!

Sparkie it works good...it will remove wax discoloration on trim... textured plastics...it is just like wax blaster or what ever it is called..I apply it ..agitate it with a toothbrush and wipe off....I use it mostly on Ford textured black door handles..and it brings them back new..I apply the Duragloss UD (Vinyl & Leather Dressing) 201 after and good as new....

Only time I had a hard time getting residue off was when some one buffed a car and hit the trim with the pad and really heat sinked the product in..I had to work at it...

I bought it. I will go out and actually try it later today and I will let you guys know, ok? i left some residue when I waxed the vette on the black plastic/rubber around the top, so I got this after someone pointed it out ...just haven't messed with it yet!:)

Thanks guys for the input, I'm thinking about ordering it. All the DG stuff I've used so far is outstanding.

I just ordered the Wax Blaster one. I think I decided to buy that one over the DG product because it was cheaper on a per ounce basis.

I just went out and used this on the vette. It was terrific!! The wax residue came right off; a little went a long way, and it seemed to have no odor. I would definitely recommend it, and I will continue to buy it!!!

Told you it worked good..lol....every DG product I have used..and thats most of them...all worked better than advertised....some products you just have to learn the correct way to get the best results..

and yes it does go along ways when you get the tip wet with the product..it just melts wax and polish and leaves a nice finish behind....

Glad you like it

You da man, Al!! :awesome:
Hey, how would you compare 921 to aw? scott was suggesting that but i thought they had different purposes. could you enlighten me with your thoughts on it? mind you most of the stuff i use on all the cars- just pinnacle is saved for the vette.
thanks!
Lauren:) :)

The 921 is a solvent based cleaner QD with added polymers to add slickness and shine....it is best used for lite cleaning of the finish... does add protection..but not like AW....

AW is a water based coplolymer that actually cross links meaning it exchanges one type molecule for another..According to the chemist it has a lifespan of close to 7-8 weeks before it is at it end depending on conditions...I do mine about every 6 weeks due to lots of rain in New England and it is still holding up good when I re do it

you notice it changes over night...gets slicker and glossier ..that's it curing (cross-linking) I believe it was a ethylene molecule for a oxygen molecule if I remember right...so it will actually bond to the under surface...most QD's just ride on the surface and a rain or wash will dissipate them..

Many on other forums have used it for just a LSP alone and have had great results..lasting 8 weeks before another application is needed...

AW has no cleaners at all....it is just a aqueous soluble polymer...

so for protection...AW is best...for cleaning and some protection Fast Clean And Shine....both are worthy of a gallon of each....

if you want to know more..Call DG...they are more than happy to explain it all...

P.S. you can add a little AW to the 921 to give it some added zip...DG liked the idea when it was told to them about doing it..lol...

You missed your calling......you should have been a chemist. Thanks for your detailed explanations----very much appreciated. Sounds like you've got this product line down to a science!!!:applause:
