I emailed DG with this problem to get their suggestions and thought I would post it here for anyone interested.

I have been having a problem mixing 932 as a quick detailer streaking on dark colored vehicles, namely Ford Twilight Metallic Blue. It is used in the shade and sometimes at 5am in the morning. Should I cut the recommendation in half and try that ?, or do you have another recommendation. I really like using it and the slick silky feeling it gives the panels but I usually have to use Zaino Z6 to get rid of the streaks as Aqua Wax and a few other products will not touch the streaks and they remain. The container calls for 3oz. 932 to 16oz water. Thanks for your help Dave

And the response
David, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would suggest reducing the concentration by half, or you could try 2 oz per 16 oz of water. Three ounces may be too concentrated. Please let me know how this works. Best Regards, William Bailey, President

Won't you come home Bill Bailey, won't you come home! This stuff is a real nice rinseless, it seems to dry easier than my ONR V2.

Good news bad news
I mixed 1 oz. and 15 oz. The good news no visible streaks like the 3 oz to 16 oz.. The bad news is that it appeared to look like I wiped the hood with grease and no matter what I tried the greasy look just changed to the direction I wiped. Out came the Z6 to clean it up. This stuff works so well as a no rinse but as a QD it is giving me fits. Guess I am going to try 1/2 oz. to 15 1/2 and see what it does before giving up.

If you like Z6, try DG FC&S. I can't tell the difference, and FC&S is much more cost effective.

I like Z6, Z8, Aqua Wax, DG 932. I'm just getting old and stubborn. Think the next time I do the 1 1/2oz. to 3 gallons of water I'm going to dunk a 16oz. bottle in it and try that as a QD. That should be thin enough as I never see this problem when I use the no rinse. Guess I am just determined to make this work. I need to try the DG FC&S tho.

I love DG fc&s. The one time I tried 932 as a ds it streaked like crazy. I've never tried it since.
