diluted Megs APC

Would a diluted amount fo Megs APC maybe 5 to 1 or so be good to stripe wax and sealant from the car. I know many like Dawn but is APC a good chioce or is it to strong?

There was also a discussion on Meg's site regarding D114 and I got the understanding at a stronger dilution, it has the potential to strip wax. I have actually ask the question as to what dilution would do such but I do not believe it has been answered.
