RippyD's dilution table

People have posted the CG one here previously, and it's excellent. I wanted something that covered more measures and ratios. I also added a table for commonly used products. My goal was to be able to mix whatever I want quickly without having to go to a PC to look up ratio or think about conversions.

Sharing this as a Google sheet so anybody can customize, add, or remove items. This prints as a one-pager. Couple of additional comments:

  • I have less than a 1/4 cup or gallon grayed out. It's just noise to me - below those amounts I'm using a different measure
  • To add a new dilution ratio just add a row, put the ratio in the far left column, and cut/paste the others cells from another row

Feedback is welcome, but keep in mind that you easily edit for your own usage. For me the 5 gal and mL are unnecessary and I'll likely remove them.

That calculator is good. I usually don't want to go to a PC when I'm gloved up and working. If I need something while I'm in the garage, I prefer to have a chart on the wall I can review. Most important for me is the ratios for all the various product uses. But... having a tablet that lives in the garage is maybe not a bad way to go...

I use it on my phone which is on me at all times.. I created its own tab so it's available with 1 touch from my home screen.

Excellent chart, i'd love to contribute can I get access or at least give you some product info i have handy? It'd be great if people could add on the fly, i think people here are all good enough to contribute in a proper manner.

AWESOME job!

I can make changes up to a point. Tell me what you want to add. If you go to the File menu and select "Save a copy" you'll then have one you can edit.

Chart updated. More readable now. Also added a cost per gallon table. To print only what you want, highlight those cells, then select print. In the print dialog that opens the first open is the area to print. Of you choose "selected cells" and then fit to page, just the container measures or the measures + product ratios can be printed.

Also added a few more rinseless/waterless products and a few APCs to the product table.

Thank you so much! Trying to word it correctly to get what you want on the internet is a p*** Thank you!

That's the one I use. EZPZ!
That's an excellent calculator. I use it as well.

Np. A few comments:

  • I added a few more products and a few more ratios. If too busy just save a copy and delete the rows you don't need
  • Made a few cosmetic changes to make it easier to navigate when you're hands are full of product
  • Any ratio can now be entered - so it can be 200:1, 1:200, 2:400, or whatever else you like. It will assume the larger portion is water
If anybody has problems printing I'll post PDFs and share on Google.
