You don't know what your getting today,All these branded gas stations and you will see a unbranded tanker fill the tanks,I can't remember the last time I saw a branded gasoline truck tanker .
Yes YES YES - As stated earlier, tanker trucks pull into the refinery, fill up, then depending on where that truck is going determines, if a detergent is added to the tanker truck.

Please do not show your ignorance of not knowing what "Top Tier" gasoline is or how it came about. If you choose not to use it then that is your choice. Do not dump on it when you have no idea what it is or why it came into creation. Research will enlighten you but only if you extend yourself.
Ok, enough. Drivers don't pour anything into trucks. There are unions, EPA regulations, nothing gets "poured" into a tanker truck.
