Dirty tires not coming clean with OPC

LA Totally Awesome straight or diluted works well too. As long as you don't let it dry it won't hurt the wheels.
 
OPC, Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner, Dry Microfiber and dry tire, Tarminator trick. Keep stripping like crazy.
 
Mother's Wheel and Tire Cleaner or Mothers Back to Black Tire Renew if they are not getting rid of everything.
 
A clean tire can look bad. It may just need a dressing like Perl or 303 etc.
 
Another vote for mothers foaming wheel and tire instead of an APC and cheaper than tuff shine. It's my go to.
I used it on the project car for some filming in the afternoon at Art's meetup last weekend and it pulled some dirt out of tires that had been cleaned earlier in the day with an APC. (Not sure which, but I think it was a Meg's APC).
