Disappointed with packaging this time

I had two packages within the last 6 months in which a gallon bottles broke and spilled all over. I do think at times, the packaging could be better but AG always takes care of you.

I have had the same. Actually both have been 1 gallon Mckee's37 containers both in the same spot. I did call CS and they were more than helpful and replaced them for me. AG has great CS. I think they should investigate the 1 gallon mckees bottles though because they seem to be lacking and defective if they crack in the same spot
 
Put them in warm water.... That was the response after I called the support today.

That should do the trick.

Sometimes my Grey Rupes pads look bad when they arrive, but will smooth out in a day or two of being left out. Getting them wet, and letting them dry out should work too.

Even closed cell Lake Country Hydrotechs can get smushed during transport, and bounce back just fine.
 
I am not in the US, so the most convenient way for me to contact AG is via email. I inquired about some product, and some follow ups for my order. Never received a response... :(

Same with me. Both times were the McKees gallon containers.

I bought a 16 oz bottle of Wolfgang Uber Rinseless a few months ago and it came half empty and with the seal on the bottle leaking product all over the place. I sent a message about it (maybe 2 of them) and never head back from anyone. Ended up having to buy more way earlier than expected, but at least that one arrived full.

Me either...although my inquiry was about a leaking bottle that arrived half empty. (or half full if you prefer.) Either way, I never heard back from anyone, ever.

My order just arrived today. It was missing the leather coasters but i got MF towels in exchange. Great customer service!!!

I assumed the leather coasters were out of stock hence it was exchanged by AG with MF towels. Appreciate it!!!
 
Did it look like it had been repackaged?? I had a package come to me late with items damaged. I took a picture of the box and sent it to them the item were promptly replaced and they told me the box had npbeen repackaged, which I kind of figured, AG doesn't use clear lacking tape.

I just received a package today that has been repackaged. It had clear packing tape the gallon jugs were in a trash bag and laid over leaking everywhere. One of the bags with my gold plush jr microfiber was ripped open and dirty and a sprayer for a bottle was not in the box. Not to mention no packing peanuts or paper what so ever. Makes me a lil aggravated because i know autogeek doesn't send stuff like that. Who did you call about this problem?
