Discontinued School Concepts????

^^^ When did you guys place your orders???
I placed mine on Monday and it is still in a pending status

Mine is officially cancelled. I don't understand why it was completely cancelled if it shows that the liter of w6 wax is still available.

I also place mine on monday. Guess they sold out really fast. you win some you lose some.

I know my order was placed 9am Monday so I thought that was pretty early on. Really bummed out too but at least customer service was nice enough to cancel my entire order. Probably for the best as I have a brand new 32 oz bottle of M100 so I really didn't need the S3 gold

I am still waiting for my non-Scholl Concepts stuff to ship. Looks like I won't get my order till next week sometime.

I just received a cancelled order email and refund. I placed my order on Monday at 10:10pm.

I realize they were liquidating the line but this was not handled properly. Im not terribly happy, and i simply ordered one of each.

I spoke with Daniel from autogeek, and they wasnt alerted about the sale, they only had so much of the s3 gold and other stock.

And when they tried to stock the orders they seen that there wasnt enough.

To there defense, it was a crazy week with the back to back to back to back sales.

From memorial day, the competition ready sale, and then the gift certificate sale. They was really busy.

I didnt get alot of the stuff i ordered as well.

Well get them the next time!

I realize it was like a mad house, there maybe should have been a 3 item limit.....

My orders were cancelled too. Not happy. I emailed them to cancel the very few other items I ordered so I do not have to pay $5 shipping on two $2 items. I hope they are smart enough to think before they ship.

Good luck with that. I also requested to have my order cancelled and they said sure no problem. But just got a shipping confirmation a few minutes ago...

I'm sure all will be taken care of but definitely frustrating

Yeah I think we are all frustrated, they dropped the ball on this one.

I am sure Autogeek hasn't stocked this product line in quite some time as they could probably see the signs that the line was not selling. Same thing happened the wolf line, polycharger and a few others. I am sure they did not expect X amount of orders for a limited stock of products. Another thing to note is that I am sure many of the employees were given the memorial day weekend off to enjoy time with their families. They are human after all. So in the end it probably came down to first come first serve. I don't see any blame on AGO whatsoever. I can see the frustration but it will pass. They can always be purchased elsewhere. Just not at the low prices.

I'm not mad at them at all. I do wish they would hire a internet tech person that could remove products from their website when their inventory is depleted.
I am sure that a majority of their business is handled online, so it doesn't seem unreasonable to wish that they would invest in their website online sales... Just my opinion

I couldn't disagree more. Inventory should be updated in real-time so this situation should not have happened. Furthermore, a form e-mail saying "discontinued" is insulting at best. At minimum, a CC should be offered with the same discounts on other items. The right way to deal with this would have been to order additional product and fill the orders. This is by far AG biggest Cs faux pa that I can recall. Handled terribly.

Agreed we should have been offered an alternative instead of just discontinued

This is a good option. One has to remember that Autopian's also place orders. So PBMG is getting hit by two sources.

You can disagree all you want. What's done is done. Time to move on and invest in other products. But why would they stock items when they are not selling? They were just clearing there stock of what they already had.

Again Autopia also takes in orders for PBMG. I am sure there are those who price matched over there to get a better discount.

Call customer service and tell them you are not happy. I am sure they will take care of you.

I am super frustrated with AutoGeek right now!! My order still hadn't shipped as of this afternoon.

I decided to call them and see what the hold up is, since i hadn't heard anything from them.
Turns out that they hadn't shipped my order, minus the discontinued Scholl products, because the Amazing Roll off cleaner was on back order
(the product that I needed, and decided to buy other stuff with it).

No phone calls, no emails, nothing!! It shouldn't take FIVE days to ship an order!!! I can now see why they are hiring a warehouse manager.

All I ever hear is "great customer service", but they must take care of their bigger clients first, and then serve the little guys.
I love this Forum, but I think that AutoGeek won't be the first website I turn to, when it is time to order anymore.
