Our dishwasher broke a week ago. Repairman came over and said "control panel is shot, not worth fixing. Go buy a new one and this time don't buy a GE. That will be $75."

So dishwasher shopping we went. Saturday was a decent day in the big D. The weather was good for detailing and I have two cars that need to be cleaned up. But, we had to go buy a dishwasher and then I had to install the sucker.

Once I got the darn thing installed, it was too late to deatil the car so to get a quick fix, I sprayed Clearkote Quick Shine on the dishwasher (black)! I know, it's a sickness.

I am sorry you had to waste your timne and $$ on the dishwasher, but that was too funny!!
I know I was tempted to protect the paint on my husband's brand new bike.... no not a motorcycle.....
LOL!!
We understand. Truly!!

id like to say i use detailing products in the house, but honestly my place is a wreck....i have like 8 autogeek boxes in my room right now! and no, im not kidding

Hope you got a Bosch dishwasher-----very highly rated;) We got all new appliances a couple of years ago for Christmas and I opted for the Bosch. I'm glad I did.....no problems at all and you can't even tell it's running!! It's stainless, so it won't see Quickshine----hey, hold on......I'd better read the bottle:D

and yes, it is an addiction......I used sealant on my stovetop and washing machine last week:eek: lol

I'd recommend WOLFgang, but that's totally up to you:D

I have actully waxed my dishwasher before so we must both be sick. I have also waxed granite counter tops, marble tables and culture marble counter tops. They come out looking great and it helps seal them. I guess it's a real sickness.

I did indeed get a Bosch. I wanted Stainless Steel or black. I bought it at the Sears Outlet and the black one was such a good price I couln't pass it up. They had a special for $100 off all dishwashers and $25 off anything over $250. I ended up with a Bosch for under $500! Granted, it's not the top of the line, but it has all that we need.

My wife told the guy "you have been here 30 seconds, could you just walk back out the door and pretend you never came in?"

I was so stupid to show my wife how good the Megs glass cleaner and mf towel works on the mirror doors at home......im soooooooo blond.

Guess whos got that cleaning job now?

AND i do think she touch my detailing stuff when im at work too, found the Water magnet and Megs MF at the kitchen some days ago, and when i try to discuss it with her, she always start to talk about a cute guy at work or she wants to go to bed etc, JEEERhhhEEEyyyyyYY "stick too the subject" i say "im not kidding around" and makes it clear too her that "nobody, NOBODY touch my stuff"

If she one day tuch my ShMitt or Guzzler (finds the key too the safe)!!!! shes out og here, and i dont care how cold it is outside................

kIDDING

Merry X-mas

DP Shield Shine works quite well on all appliances, even stainless steel. I have two dishwashers, one thats never used (machine), and one thats used quite often (spouse). Sometimes I detail her also !!
