I would never ever ever use bleach on anything other than hard surfaces. What does bleach do? It bleaches. Yes it disinfects but at what concentration or dilution rate? It also has a very short shelf life once mixed with water. That's why it's so cheap.
If you are talking about the interior surfaces of a car, no way.
I remember buying a gallon of bleach it tipped over on my brand new carpet in my old Xterra, well you can imagine what the leaking did, and I only had 2 miles to drive home. The carpet was ruined.
No comment on the vinegar.
For a couple bucks for what a tub of wipes or that other stuff I posted for a 32 oz bottle I prefer to use a dedicated product. And those have actual testing backing up their kill claims, times, germs etc.
PS I used too heavy of a Megs Degreaser on my wife's interior door plastic panel and it discolored it. So what might bleach do to interior parts? I personally never use bleach even on any hard surface unless it's white or very light colored. I've seen many counter tops bleached out over time in my business.
