I don't plan on going nuts like that.... It is my DD after all.

I am pretty excited to have his car back... I know he really missed it and has been excited at the mods that have been made.

It's a little acronym I came up with for modifying modern cars. Most people do a short ram intake or cold air intake, then a tune and an exhaust system of some kind. These are the building blocks for making your car perf and in some cases get better mileage and certainly sound better🔉

Ahhhhh, gotcha.....

Yeah, my husband replaced the internals of the block, replaced the head, the turbo, added meth, clutch, transmission, I could go on....

Maybe one of these days :rolleyes:

I will have to talk to my husband and get all the specifics.
He still needs to have the car tuned for meth and dyno'd.

This is exciting because he's having a local company do it that built the Pontiac Soltice (basically the same car) that was the reigning SCCA T2 champion for a couple years.
What's amazing about that, is their little 4 cyl Solstice won in the same class that had the M3, WRX, EVO and other heavy hitting great cars in it.
 
How quick are those Coupes? Mods are just as addicting as detailing. If not worse...

Like HCI, heads/cam/intake. Usually for the V8 forums though.

Mine is ok at the moment... I'm going to be doing some "fast mods" soon enough.
The husbands? Yeah, it's quick, but he's done quite a bit to it.
