I like the Hankook V-12 Ventus 2's I put on my coupe way way way better than those Bridgestones. They have a lot ore grip.

I swear if the temp isn't 85, isn't not sunny, and the planets aren't aligned I get no traction. I'll be looking in the spring for new sneaks :dblthumb2:

One tire to look at is the Continental DW, not the DWS06.

Thinking about the DWS so I can drive it longer in the year.
Well the DWS06 looks to be a great replacement for the DWS that took a short hiatus. I have them on my wife's Mazda 6 but that's nowhere near the capable car the coupe' is. The DW isn't a pure track tire and I'm pretty sure you could drive the car when you'd want/need to during the 3 seasons.

We will see. I'm gonna check out a bunch... Michelins are in the running too.

Michelin AS3's are good tires but the DWS06 offers the same or better performance at a better price. If you go to Tire Rack's website you'll find a comparison of all the major all season performance tires (that count) and you'll see for yourself. That said it will be the DWS and not the 06's unless they've updated the info.

It sounds like tire life and what and when you drive the car in is of more importance than grip, so your on the right path. One more thing, I hear the DW IS good in rain and does offer more grip.

Lol actually I'm never concerned with tire life... The Coupe was inspected in Jan and was emissions exempt since I had put less than 5k on it.
DWs are great in the rain... My husband has them on the Sky and loves them.
Just thinking the DWSs so it can be driven more in winter months.

Since that's the case Monica there's really only one choice and I know I'm repeating myself but it's the new DWS06! When you look at the tread pattern of the DWS06 it's game, set, match 👍👍

I should also mention it has a smooth sidewall, no ribs, so it's better for applying tire coating👈

Winter has been a little boring car-wise. Not much going on with my rides.

I replaced my stocks with Pole Position s-05? ultra high performance summers..oh and i went 255 on rear.

Is pink your favorite color Monica? I ask because I'm having my famous shiftknob stickers made in pink soon and I'm going to come up with something cool for the coupe for you...or they could go on your took box or the Escape.

I think you've seen the one my car, I place it in the corner of the windshield, usually covers up the MFG of the glass, so it's a cool place for it.

I'll let you know when I come up with something cool that fits you, well what I know about you anyways😀

I do really like pink... Hard to say what my favorite color is though. As an artist I love many colors :)
