Monica - Sorry for your loss. Like others said, it’s never easy. My folks gave us a plaque when my Big Guy (Chesapeake/lab mix) passed -

“It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them, and that every new dog gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are.”

I always think of that when missing pooches past.

This is incredible. Whoever coined this phrase is dead on, and describes the true dog lovers exactly. :)

Yeah, we're doing ok. Our other dog is doing better so that's great. And our kitties are hanging tough as always. My oldest kitty will be 18 in April!
 
In car news: was talking with a guy at our local convenience store the other day (I was talking about his euro plate).
He stopped and was like, "is that YOUR RS?"

LOL still cracks me up that people are surprised by this.

...then add in who's the detailer in the household too! Going by the law of averages its to be expected but upon talking to you it doesn't take long to find out your a gearhead!!

Normally the beginning of April. This year will probably be the 2nd week as some work trips will be preventing it.
 
Quick wash... I still need to do my spring cleaning.
Want to buy some new and replacement products first.
 
Thought I'd update for those wondering about the pup:

Sidney was in for his latest bloodwork and is OFFICIALLY in remission!
He is staying on "maintenance" drugs, which is a very low dose of chemo and 10mg of Prednisone.
He is doing great! No weight loss, loss of appetite or changes in mood.
