Do you guys wash your MFs and application pads together?

Im just a everyday home guy that washes/waxes his own car. Ive seen where people will separate their MFs and wash like that. But I cant wash two drying towels by themselves, and 4 interiors and 4 nicer MFs all by themselves haha. So, is it alright to mix the MFs ( I know you can and people do ) WITH application pads used on wax?

I do and don't have problems.

I normally do not wash my towels with wax/polish residue with my normal MF towels and waffle drying towels. Some waxes or sealants are just way too difficult to remove and I'm afraid that it may affect my drying towels absorbency.
