I personally really like the bag and think it fits the Flex okay at the right angle without putting too much pressure on the cord. It also holds couple of bottles of compounds, polish, pad prep spray and a whole handful of pads.

It definitely lacks outside storage or any pockets. I wouldn't buy one for $50 but seeing that it was free on AG with the package I purchased, I'm thrilled with it. If I had the choice to buy it for $50 or buy something else, I'd just go to Home Depot and pick up a Husky bag for less money and more storage space.

HD carries a lot of Husky's bags.Which one would you choose?

The Flex bag is 20 x 12 x 10 inches so get one at least 20inches long in order for the Flex to fit. Every HD has a different selection. I would suggest taking your Flex into the store along with supplies you carry and see which one fits your needs best. I personally like to fit as much as possible in my bags when I use them for mobile. Less to carry from the truck to the car each time.
