Do any of you use a wash mitt for rinseless washing? I have a black vehicle but I don't know if this method is safe with Wolfgang uber rinseless.
DO you save your rinseless wash solution?

Seldom, as I only use 1 gal per wash via GD method.
When I do single wash media - 3 gal solution in 5 gal bucket - that's when I would use the remaining (usually D114) as a presoak for dirty towels. It's quite good at releasing junk off of towels prior to washing.

Do you just make one single pass one way and then flip your towel to a clean side on the pass back?
Here in India, I have seen that the smell of the diluted ONR changes after a week and it smells quite bad. So, I have stopped saving the solution. I don't know if it will have any effect, but I have heard that the diluted solution would create / attract bacteria and the composition / formulae of the product may get altered.

Yep. I use multiple wash mitts, kinda like the Gary dean method. No problems on my black truck.

Definitely for lower, heavily soiled panels. For light/dusty stuff, I would do a snake pattern, but no more than 2x2 area before flipping the towel.
Depends on the condition of the vehicle, I would end up using between 8-10 towels for a week's worth of dry & dusty commute, to 14-18 towels after a week of soggy weather.
Yeah. Prewash and then sprayer in my left hand; mitt in my right. Back and forth motion with both hands in sync. I use a constant spray while washing on the forward motion (with spray in front) and spray the next stroke area on the way back (while lifting and bringing the mitt back). Basically, while washing, I never stop the sprayer. It takes less than 2 gallons of mix.
Absolutely-towels go in bucket and when used once go to another bucket. I also have my bucket marked 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 gal to make it easy to make close to what I need, avoid waste and make measuring easier and less left over (I even mark the household cleaning buckets). I consistently need about a pt under 1.5 gal. to do the DD. I really like ONR but have switched to WG since a sale because the dilution ratio of 10cc or two tsp/gal brings the comparative cost down and is especially easy to figure and measure when making lubricant, or detailing mix in the small amounts needed by myself as a non-pro. Mixed up some of the Frankendetailer (sp?) yesterday to give it a try after reading about it here and having the ingredients on hand, and it was quick and easy to make only a qt or even a pint to give it a go.

I do two a two bucket method with a mitt and a water rinse bucket, and almost always save what's left over. I'll usually use I it on my own cars. I tested out Uber and McKee's rinseless the other day then combined what was leftover and used it on a detail last night. Used it for some vomit removal on the outside after an interior clean up.

I always make extra when doing a wash because I always pre-treat and use it liberally, so I always have extra left over. When I do the next wash I usually add about 1 ounce to the old stuff and fill it up to about 3.5 gallons and repeat and repeat. There's NO need to ever dump it out, like you said OP, when doing the GD method it doesn't get contaminated:xyxthumbs:

I've used pre-mixed onr several months old and besides the color and smell changing, it still performed as usual. Mine did not smell bad after that time, just had more of a chemical odor to it. If your bottle or bucket is not sealed well maybe that is what is contributing to the bad smell. I've had bottles that old using my tap water and distilled water for what it's worth.
This is the fate of my ONR Wash n Wax, which is actually green in colour when it was diluted. It has turned blue in colour and also smells of only chemicals, very different from a fresh dilution. This was a waterless wash dilution, a month old I guess.
Do you still suggest to use this?

Yep, I save my ONR mix. I use a five gallon bucket with gamma lid. Whenever I go to wash a car, I throw in a fresh gallon of distilled water and about 1 capful of ONR. When I'm done, I just close it back up. No sense in dumping it.
For my premix solution, I take another gallon jug of distilled water, and mix a higher concentration (about 2 caps ONR), and then distribute that into a spray bottle as needed.
