Do you wash your new and sealed in a bag micro fibers before use?

So what " over the counter" detergent can I use to wash microfiber towels with ?
Something I could get at the grocery store.
I have been just throwing them in our regular wash loads and hanging them up to dry.
Is Free n Clear a good choice ?

I've been using classic Tide with satisfactory results.

Yes. Just stuff with no perfumes and other residues.

I hope you aren't literally throwing them in with the clothes and other household laundry, that's a very bad practice

Any quality "free and clear" type detergent that is scent and softener free will work

Always good practice to wash brand new towels prior to their first use. Probably less important on packaged towels, but still worth doing.

Rags to Riches has been my go-to towel cleaner for a while now.

Yes and this stuff works great.

Over the years I have found that 3D Towel Kleen meets my requirements.
R2R is so so in cleaning. Use what works for you and meets your needs.
