Doctors vs. Gun owners

Look at it this way. Just because somebody has a buffer and calls himself a detailer does not mean he knows how to properly use the buffer and turn out satisfactory results. Indeed, he may inadvertently cause more harm than good. Likewise, just because somebody owns a firearm does not mean he knows how to use it. He also may inadvertently do more harm than good. The answer is not to take away the tool, but to show the individual the proper use and application of it. Education, rather than encroachment, is the proper solution.

that's why you don't go to a doctor unless you absolutely have to...heck, I'm almost 30, and don't remember the last time I went to a doctor...it was over 5 years ago, and that's for sure...

Numbers can be used to prove any point, these little games that both sides play are funny and all, but let us not take them seriously. They are entertainment, that is all. Let us concentrate on important matters like hiding the AG order that came in today from our spouses

The answer is not to take away the tool, but to show the individual the proper use and application of it. Education, rather than encroachment, is the proper solution.

The same logic applies to Doctors. Not all doc's know what they're doing. Some have gotten their medical credentials overseas or in the islands, and some that have gotten them in the US are still yo-yo's. I have a few buddy's from college that have become docs that would never see me or any of my family members.
