Dodge DEMON Released...

I think that color is awesome!

Did the Demon back in the 70's serve primarily as as Drag car?
I'll take The Exorcist that Hennessy is offering up instead.

The Demon was version of the Duster. I know they had a 340 version but that was it factory wise. Ofcoarse people out 440's and HEMI's in them.

The name sounds bad and that's why they used it surely

Is it me or does the body look like the other Dodges?

:dunno:

I was hoping for a change...

:)

It already had a facelift, they're getting ready for the next generation. They usually offer the special editions about a year before the complete redesign is unveiled. Most likely as a barracuda, but we'll see.

Differences between the Demon and other challengers is; wider fender flares, wider hood scoop, slightly different spoiler.

I hope the next one gets a "nip and tuck". I heard the next Charger will be riding on the Guilia platform, maybe a twin turbo V6 will be the top engine and since the Challenger/Charger ride on the same platform now I can't see it changing on the next gen either.

BITE YOUR TONGUE. Sure, some weight should be shed, but not in the motor dept. As well as the V8s sell, unless something HAS to change (by laws) the Hemi will live on.

FCA has billions of dollars invested in the platform they are going to use it

Correct it will be on Guilia platform is the plan. Alfa current motor offers 500hp+

Right but the lawn chair, jean shorts, short socks and low top NB gym shoes people don't understand that! What they do understand is Murica...H E M I (I know everyone who has that isn't like that but I grew up in Detroit and that IS what they're like) I endured the same mentality when I had my GN, "that ain't a muscle car because its a V6 and turbo".

Power is powah ===========

Just saw a pristine GN (still had window stickers in place, & protective plastic on the seats) go for 190k on Barrett-Jackson.

Those cars were bad ass.:props:
