Dodo juice, who uses it?

I have a number of their waxes and the quality is excellent. I've been very happy with the results and have a number of buddies who have let use it on their vehicles too for testing and the results were great. For light cars, the Light fantastic is excellent. Super Natural is a step up but not sure the results are that much better imho.

Which one would you suggest for a dark red vehicle like my truck in my avatar

There red mist tropical detailer is awesome. More of a spray sealant. Some of their washes are great too. Born to be mild comes to mind.

:iagree: Born Slippy Clay Lube concentrate too.

Out of curiosity:
Why are you, (or why are you not), satisfied with what you currently use on red vehicles? TIA.

I am satisfied with the meguiars products I am using. I am new to all this and am just trying to find some different stuff that will do a better job. I have read a few reviews in their products and was curious what everyone here thought about them

I guess that didn't answer your question. The meguiars gold class wax I have used worked well I think, and I use quik wax in between washes. I like their products I'm just sure there is better out there. The quik wax really makes the metallic go crazy in the paint but it doesn't stay like that for long.

The Supernatural Wax is a very good wax. I wasn't too impressed with Hard Candy. Red Tropical Mist is pretty good for hot climates.

Thanks for your reply...
I believe I understand where you're coming from.

However:
Unless you would use a Coating as your Last Step Product (LSP)...I believe you'll find that the biggest majority of the other types of LSPs (Waxes/Sealants) will need a refreshing/re-application in less than their advertised duration-time.
Of course these duration-times are determined by a variety of circumstances...man-made, or naturally occurring.

In these regards:
I'll opine that Meguiar's LSPs are up-to-snuff.

I have used Born to Mild soap -very nice, Time to Dry Detailer - did not really like it instead of PB's Spray and Wipe and pots of the waxes such as Purple Haze - ok but did not see anything special.

Dodo Juice Supernatural Wax is one of my favorite waxes. Try that. It is pricey but well worth it. As for their Dodo Juice Supernatural Carnauba
Glaze Do not waste your time. A complete waste of money. Streaks and you had to be about 12 inches from the panel or it would dry right after you sprayed. Other Dodo Juice products are way better.

Orange crush is vary nice on red cars and truck... I have a few of there product and I'm happy with them..

I like their waxes very much; best one in the bunch to me is Supernatural Hybrid.

I am also a fan of Ferrous Iron Remover. It's not as strong as IronX but still good enough for me. The results are the same albeit with a little bit more patience. The dwell time seemed longer than IronX but that could have been weather related. I ran out of this last weekend and will restock with Dodo Ferrous and give another bottle a go.

I have a few of their waxes. I really like light fantastic and white diamond. I only have panel pots but they will give you several coats. If you are looking to try them out just pick up a panel pot.

I'm very impressed with the dodo products I use. So far I've used supernatural, banana armor, and the Double wax (which is a variety of the supernatural hybrid with a soft wax topper). It's BOGO at AG currently....
The durability and shine are worth the price IMO. if you're trying out new products, get the little panel pots. I would recommend the lime prime lite polish for prep, and two coats of supernatural....One of the variety packs has supernatural and the double wax hybrid. Red mist is supposed to work really well, but I just use optimum gloss enhancer

I use their soaps and basics of bling QD. Its really nice and economical. Good for using in between weekly washes.
Their purple haze wax is also great. Adds immense depth but very easy to overapply since it is a soft wax.

dodo juice ferrous dueller is a fantastic fallout/iron remover, far better imo than IronX. smells a darn sight better too. their own wax range is really excellent, although some of their limited runs such as the chocwork orange have fallen a bit flat. Their Born to be mild shampoo has won awards all over the place, seeing of competition from all the major brands. Red mist tropical is a truly outstanding spray sealant, absolutely love it. acrylic spritz is also a really great sealant and is water rather than spirit based, so a little more user-friendly than some. Clearly menthol, their glass cleaner is ok, but tbh i found Meg's detailer range to be better. their Supernatural tire dressing is excellent, just make sure it has time to cure before it gets wet, as again its water based. the carnauba glaze, as someone else mentioned isn't great imo. used it once and really didn't get on with it. their APC Total wipeout is superb, really effective. the Apple ifoam is one of the best snow foams I've used. the nut plug i wouldn't give house space, and actually gave mine away. good idea, bad design. the fin pads are a great design however, loving those. also very much like the Supernatural backing pads. didn't particularly rate the mellow yellow wheel cleaner, but the supernatural wheel cleaner is great if you have a sensitive finish. Lime prime, Micro prime and the new Lime prime plus are outstanding products. Lime prime lite is a very good cleaner/glaze, but can be tricky on older paints. i can't comment on their Basics of bling range, as i haven't yet tried any.
did i miss anything?
ah yes, the tribble wash mitt. excellent! keep it damp and don't feed it after midnight and it'll last you for ages. beautifully soft.
i think that just about covers it :D
