Dodo supernatural refill

Hello i have question about the dodo supernatural 250 ml. I called the 1 800 number for autogeek and they dont know how to get my free refill. Has anybody done it? When you're looking at the product in the store page it says comes with free refill. But they dont know how. What are the procedure's? The sales guy was bobby.

You called and they said they didn't know?? I thought they get it for you, or you mail it to dodo. But they should know. Did you search it on here?

I see that it says that Dodo Juice offers refills for the container, but where does it say that they are free? I've heard the cost of the refill is about the same as the cost of the 200 ML jar, except you get 250 ML. I think refills are $130 or so, shipped.

They refill it, but you have to pay for it($99). It's not like the fuzion deal. You send it back to AG with payment. Then they send it over the pond for you. Here's the link.

I would think that offer comes directly from Dodo ..but bet Meghan can answer that question correctly.
 
thanks louddog that cleared it up. i read through everything again about the refill. the fuzion estate is the one with a Free refill. i have been trying to get a kit toghether and im just overwhelmed by all the stuff here. i have been using meg's for as long as i can remember. i tought that was it. nothing better. but boy was i wrong. i really want try the Wolfgang deep gloss concours kit and Dodo supernatural. they are pricey but they'll pay off after 2 cars or so. you guys rock.
