Does a glaze interfere with a paint sealant?

I know a glaze primarily consists of fillers to fill in fine scratches, but I notice it gives the paint shine and gloss. So if it is putting a coating on the paint, will that affect the performance of the sealant I put on after?

•When I use glazes, I'll generally use Sealants
from the same manufacturers of the glazes.
-That is...of course: if, by doing so, it means I
remain in compliance with the manufacturers'
recommendations/directions for their applications.

Examples:
-3M Imperial Hand Glaze
-3M Perfect-it Show Car Wax

-FinishKare 303 Foam Pad Glaze
-FinishKare 1000P Hi-Temp Wax (Sealant)

-Meguiar's M305
-Meguiar's M21 Synthetic Sealant 2.0

Got it. That makes perfect sense. Thanks!

If I use a glaze, I will follow with Collinite 476. Without a glaze I just use DG 105.

I've actually had success even when going out of the "family".

Poorboys Blackhole and Prima Amigo under a coat of 845 have produced long lasting results with no ill effects on the 845's durability from what I can tell.
