Does anyone still Zaino?

That's not true, Z-PC is a decent but mild polish, it smells good too ;)

Thanks for the info Setec, from what I've heard Zaino didn't really have a "true" polish, learn something everyday.

If it streaked you used too much product.
I am still a Z fan, I use it on both of my daily driver work trucks, annual application of ZAIO and then ZCS.
Beads for the entire year.
I would certainly not ZCS straight on top of fresh Z2/5 without a 24 hour cure.

I haven't used Z products on my show car in a couple of years, not because I lost interest in it, I have many years of best paint trophies using Zainos, but AGO has so many products to try I just can't resist them!! Right now I have aa potpourri of 1 layer ZAIO, one layer f. Blacklight topped with Black Ice then crystal mist.

I have all my original purchase of Zaino products from a little over ten years ago.

Haven't used any since finding the Geek.

Except for their QD. I love the smell!!!

I still use. Been using Zaino since 1997. It goes a long way, so it's taking me some time to use up what I have. It works and looks great, but I've taken a liking to Optimum and DP products. Especially like OCW. Plays well with Zaino stuff.

Nothing in the Zaino line that compels me to buy more at this point. Z8 maybe, but there are other sprays that can be used during drying that work just as well. At least to my eye.

Zaino is what turned me into a detail-a-holic, but it was just a pathway drug for me.

I used it awhile back but like with other things I moved on.

I still love Zaino, but some of their stuff I have substituted it for Duragloss...:dblthumb2:

I was a Zaino fanatic! All my cars had like 30 layers, my vocabulary was full of phrases like, "optically perfect" and "diminishing abrasives". My towels were all 100% cotton, Cannon and fieldcrest WHITE towels (colored towels could transfer dye) and I would of punched you in the face for recommending any other product, lol that went on for like 8 years! I'd always try other products to try and evolve, but I stuck with Zaino for the bulk of my work. It really wasn't until I joined Here, that I really came to learn true paint care and how different products give better results for different paints, paint colors, etc. (thanks AG!) Now, I refuse to be fully faithful to one manufacturer, the products are evolving so fast, it's amazing!
