I know i haven't been on this site as long as others have.I also belong to a few forums to learn what i can and learn new things. But what pisses me off is when i go to another site and see certain people who started off on Ag and had plenty of help from forum members and the staff at Ag and just bad mouth the people who helped them out.And then come back here looking for advise from the people who they are bad mouthing.Just remember when you do this for a living which i know a ton of you do i only do it as a hobby and some side work.Just remember what comes around goes around.Don't burn to many bridges. If your going to talk about something or someone you better be able to back yourself up and since there are so many kids on here who claim they are pros be carefull what you say.And be ready to back it up.Sorry i had to vent some

Can you put it in bigger print. J/J I know what you mean.

Amen brother!! I noticed that a lot also, makes you shake your head in disgust:bash:

That is so true Adam, great post. It is always the one's that don't know much that want to whine the most.

What happens it turns into another bunch of sissy guys who claim they know something and don't no jack S****t.Or they get advice and don't have the balls to thank someone on here. But will go ahead and bad mouth all over the web.Oh i forgot i'm sure this post will get around and people will bad mouth me even if i didn't mention names. But you can count on it those are the same guys causing these problems. Some of really want to learn something new and like a new challange but don't want the Bs that goes with it

Wow, Adam you are on a roll tonight. Atleast you speak the truth and are not afraid to tell the TRUTH. :dblthumb2:

Just a bit suprised, I havent seen much out of the ordinary here.
It's not here as much but on other sites.Like i said guys come here for help get some good advice then go to other sites and bash AG.

One thing I've learned over the years on forums is to always try to stay positive. There's always going to be a handful of people that want to go negative... let them, just don't join in with them.

When I see people going negative, that could be arguing over which wax is best or bashing someone or some company or some thing, it makes me want to polish something and then share the before and after pictures. Always keep moving forward with the positive and leave that other stuff behind.

No one likes negativity and it usually only hurts a person's image or a forums image over time. The other day ago someone asked me if I watch TV and I said, "yes, usually classic movies or the news", they said they never watch the news because it's alway bad. To a degree they're right and that kind of ties back to my point. If you look at a forum as a TV channel presenting a show, a large percentage of people won't watch a channel if it's always presenting bad news. Even if a Lurker is channel surfing, or forum surfing, if they happen upon the forum during a time when the Topic de juor is negative, that might be all it takes for that person to click away and never return.

So as corny as it can sound, think positive, stay positive and move forward with the positive. When you see something on a forum negative? Go polish something out and post a before and after picture and share how you did it and maybe it will helps someone else out.

Harley I appreciate your comments but we don't concern ourselves with what they do on other forums, we are here for our forum members. Life is too short and its just car care! :grouphug:
We are here to give out as much knowledge as we possible can to our members and to assist them to grow into better detailers. AND even better then that we provide a place where detailers can help other detailers, sometimes it just nice to share your individual experiences with each other. So we have a big job here to keep the education flowing and that is what we focus our days on. I appreciate the guys that are here for the right reasons, and I REALLY appreciate all of you helping each other out, because at the end of the day that is what it is all about, right?

Now can we just get back to what we love doing, smelling some good wax and playing with our buffers!? :pc7424:

I totally understand what you mean. I am only 22 and I still have A LOT to learn. I don't know why some people cannot just learn new techniques and be humble about it. It is all about being humble....... great results in the end, thus making you feel better.
